Matthew Flynn

Matt Flynn oversees operations at all Springstone facilities as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer. Matt joined Springstone in August of 2016, and served as Chief of Outpatient Services and Senior Vice President Operations prior to his current role.

Before joining Springstone, Matt spent two decades in progressive operational leadership roles with several regional and national healthcare providers. Most recently, he was President and COO of Family Behavioral Resources, a provider of community-based behavioral health and autism services in PA and OH, with over 30 locations. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at MedExpress Urgent Care, responsible for developing and growing occupational health and wellness programs and synergizing them with the urgent care platform. Matt also served as Regional Director of Operations for Concentra, a subsidiary of Humana. While at Concentra, he led Northeast Operations and was closely involved with the expansion of the company through the integration and management of urgent care acquisitions.
