Dave Leininger

Dave Leininger is the Co-Founder, Executive Chairman & Managing Director at Springtech Capital. Dave has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Dave started their career in 1991 as the Founder and President of TMS Group. TMS Group was a technology and services company engaged in the administration of large litigation settlements and bankruptcy cases. In 1998, Dave joined Wachovia as the Business Unit Manager. Following the acquisition of Administar Services Group by Computershare in 2007, Dave managed the Claims Administration business unit. Dave left Computershare in 2009 to co-found Springtech Capital.

Dave Leininger attended Penn State University.
