Einar Botten has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Einar started their career in 1986 as a Team Manager and Software Developer at Landbruksdata. From 1988 to 1992, they worked at Gjensidige, where they held positions as a Controller/Analyst and later as the Head of Controlling for the Greater Oslo region. In 2005, Einar became the HR Director at Svenska Statoil AB, serving in that role until September 2011. Einar was part of the top management team, reporting directly to the CEO. Einar'sresponsibilities included recruitment, training, people and organizational development, compensation and benefits, as well as general HR, personnel administration, and payroll. During this time, they were also appointed as the Head of Transport Fuel, where they were responsible for the entire fuel value chain, including sourcing and supply, oil depots and terminals, distribution, and category management.

Einar's most recent work experience was as the HR Director at Spendrups Bryggeri AB, a position they have held since 2011.

Einar Botten's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Agricultural Economics, which they obtained from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) between 1980 and 1985. Later, between 1992 and 1994, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
