Sara Sedagati

Sara Sedagati has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2008, they started their career as a Summer Trainee at Advokatfirman Ove Jonsson. Sara then joined Ghatan Bauer Advokatbyrå AB in 2011, initially as a Trainee and later as a Bitr. Jurist/Junior Associate. In 2017, they moved to Calissendorff Swarting Advokatbyrå KB as an Advokat/Senior Associate, where they provided advice in various legal areas such as corporate and capital markets law, dispute resolution, commercial agreements, and intellectual property law. In 2017, they also joined Spendrups Bryggeri AB as a Legal Counsel. Currently, Sara is a Member of the Board at the Swedish Anti-Counterfeiting Group, a position they have held since 2020.

Sara Sedagati began their educational journey at Thorildsplan senior high school from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a social science line with a journalistic focus. Following this, they attended Stockholm University from 2006 to 2007, taking courses in legal introductory and overview courses (JIK and JÖK). In 2007-2008, they continued their studies at Stockholm University in criminology and psychology. Sara then moved on to Uppsala University, where they earned their Master's degree (LL.M.) in Law from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, in 2007-2008, they also studied Persian Language at Uppsala University.
