Kerem Merih

Kerem Merih, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kerem currently holds a role as Vice President of Financial Planning and Procurement at SpringWorks Therapeutics since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from September 2019 to December 2020, and as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from November 2018 to September 2019 within the same organization.

Prior to their time at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Kerem worked at Recordati S.p.A. as a Business Controller from 2009 to 2012. During their time there, they were a member of the executive committee, reporting directly to the General Manager of the local affiliate. Kerem managed a revenue of $40M, 400 employees, and $20M in operating expenses. Kerem also played an active role in a $130M value M&A transaction and implemented restructuring measures, as well as leading the SAP implementation post-M&A.

Kerem has also gained experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Finance Director at Hyatt Hotels in 2008. Kerem also served as a Budget and Reporting Manager at Standard Profil Group in 2007.

Their career started at Pfizer in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Management Accountant until 2007.
