Kristen Turner

Kristen Turner has over 20 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kristen is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at SpringWorks Therapeutics, where they lead and executes the talent acquisition strategy and manages a team of professionals. Kristen has implemented an ATS system and designed various programs such as behavioral-based interviewing, onboarding, internship, and hiring training. Prior to this, Kristen worked at Novartis as a Project Director for Commercial Launch Excellence, managing hiring projects and implementing product launch/reorgs. Kristen also served as a Team Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Novartis, providing services through KornFerry. Kristen has experience in managing senior talent acquisition business partners, as well as HR operations and global development staffing. Kristen has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ferring Pharmaceuticals and as a Sr Staffing Consultant at Daiichi Sankyo, where they managed the full cycle recruitment process for various departments. Before that, they held various pharmaceutical recruiting roles at Knoll Pharmaceutical & Aventis. Kristen's expertise lies in talent acquisition strategy, team management, program design, and implementation.
