Tai-An Lin

Tai-An Lin serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at SpringWorks Therapeutics since September 2023 and holds the position of Senior Vice President of Translational Science and Discovery Biology at Black Diamond Therapeutics. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President and Head of Biology at Black Diamond Therapeutics, Director at EMD Serono, and Senior Principal Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where significant contributions to immuno-oncology and drug discovery were made. At EMD Serono, leadership involved the establishment of an immuno-oncology biomarker and translational research group, along with key collaborations and mentorship of scientists. Lin began a successful career at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Hoffmann-La Roche, focusing on oncology and inflammation drug discovery, with numerous achievements including the advancement of therapies to clinical trials and publication of research findings. Educational background includes a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a BS in Food Science from Tunghai University.
