Priya Bhatt

Priya Bhatt has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Priya began as an Intern at MTNL in 2015 before moving on to Xperia Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an Intern in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as an Intern at IIHT Ltd. In 2017, they joined Antal International as a Research Associate. In 2018, they worked as an Associate Talent Acquisition at Zyoin and a Human Resources Specialist at Sentieo. In 2020, they became a Marketing Intern at Springworks and later progressed to the role of Employer Branding and Community Specialist. In 2022, they joined The Shape of Work as a Community Manager, and in 2023, they continued their role as a Community Manager at Springworks. Priya's work experience is focused primarily on community management, employer branding, and human resources.

Priya completed a PG Certification Program in Digital Marketing and Communication with a major in Marketing Analytics from MICA | The School of Ideas from 2020 to 2021.

Before that, they pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2017 to 2018.

Earlier, from 2012 to 2016, Priya obtained their Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.

In addition to their formal education, Priya has also earned several certifications. Priya obtained a Post Graduation Certificate in Digital Marketing and Communication from upGrad in April 2021.
