Stan Averette

Stan Averette, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at Sprinkles, overseeing all accounting functions, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, while enhancing financial reporting processes and managing budget development. With prior experience as Controller at Pollo Campero and Twenty Five Lusk, Stan has demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, regulatory adherence, and internal control implementation. Additional roles have included managing financial operations at Maui Brewing Co. and serving as Accounting Manager at The Hawaii Group, along with earlier positions at AssuredPartners, Darden Restaurants, and Grant Thornton LLP focusing on transaction advisory services and auditing. Stan holds a Master of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
