Abhishek Parmar has extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Abhishek is currently working at Sprinklr as the Customer Learning Lead since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at airtel for 5 years, from 2017 to 2021, as the National Lead for Training. Before that, they were with TATA TELESERVICES LTD. as the Lead for Training Operations from November 2013 to January 2017. Abhishek also worked at Centum Learning Ltd as Deputy Manager from August 2012 to November 2013, and at Wipro BPO as Asst. Manager - Ops from November 2011 to July 2012. Abhishek has also held positions at FirstSource Solutions Ltd, Aircel, and Bharti Airtel Ltd. Abhishek's roles have mostly been centered around training, operations, and team leadership in various telecommunications companies.

Abhishek Parmar's education history started in 2001 at Ingraham Institute, where they pursued their 12th grade education with a focus on Commerce, Economics, and English. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Delhi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and English.
