Amogh Gupta

Amogh Gupta's work experience begins in 2016 with a summer internship at Fae (Faebikes.com). In 2017, they served as the Sports Secretary for the Board for Sports Activities at IIT Delhi. In 2018, they completed a summer research internship at the Bernal Institute, University of Limerick. In 2019, Amogh joined Alpha Alternatives as a Portfolio Optimization & Quantitative Analyst, where they contributed to building a multi-strategy multi-asset class asset management platform. Also in 2019, they began their tenure at Sprinklr as a Product Analyst, and progressed through roles including Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and currently holds the position of Associate Director, Product Management. At Sprinklr, Amogh has been involved in developing AI-powered customer service platforms, leveraging AI and Bots to enhance customer experience across digital channels. Amogh has worked with numerous enterprise brands, including blue-chip companies, and has been recognized for developing COVID-19 infodemic chatbots for the World Health Organisation. Amogh has also gained expertise in key Contact Center modules.

Amogh Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they participated in a Summer Research Internship at the University of Limerick, focusing on the field of Composites. Additionally, in February 2021, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance.
