Deepak Shokeen

Deepak Shokeen has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Deepak started their career as a Marketing Executive at Shiv Shakti Udyog in 2013, where they onboarded wholesalers and retailers and coordinated the development of new products. In 2014, they worked as a Product Manager at My Tablet Guru, focusing on enhancing business collaborations and improving user experience.

In 2016, Deepak interned at Eros Labs as a Data Analytics & Product Marketing Intern, analyzing secondary data for business opportunities and building CRM. Deepak also worked as a Professional Services Intern at Sprinklr in 2017, performing sentiment analysis of user data across different business verticals.

Later in 2017, Deepak became a Partner at Szovet, where they developed SOPs, managed inventory, and formulated B2B & B2C strategies. Deepak then served as the Director at Sowers & Reapers, catering to client requirements, centralizing on a data-driven approach, and optimizing resource usage.

Most recently, Deepak worked as a Product Success Manager at Sprinklr, focusing on implementing use cases aligned with clients' business objectives, formulating annual plans and roadmaps, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Deepak Shokeen completed their Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management & Marketing from Delhi Technological University (formerly DCE) from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Deepak has also obtained various certifications. These include "Basis of Decision Making" and "Making Quick Decisions" from LinkedIn Learning, as well as "Critical Thinking", "Decision Making Strategies", "Solving Business Problems" from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. Deepak has also obtained a certification in "Strategic Thinking" from the Project Management Institute, all of which were obtained in June 2020.
