Andrew Mees

Andrew Mees has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew currently holds the position of Associate Director, Field Enablement - Content at Sprinklr, where they started in August 2022. Before that, they worked as a Sr Manager Creative Content Production, Global Customer Education at Sprinklr from January 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to their roles at Sprinklr, Andrew co-founded Kidz Live in June 2019 and served as a Co-Founder until August 2022. Andrew also worked as a Training Design Contractor at Self Employed from October 2018 to January 2021.

In 2018, Andrew briefly worked as a Customer Success Manager at ARKK. Andrew then joined Adstream, where they held multiple positions from 2015 to 2017, including Senior Manager, Global Knowledge and Training and Senior Manager, Global Customer Support.

Before Adstream, Andrew worked at Apple as a Creative from August 2011 to February 2015. Andrew also had a role as a Media Technician at Harris Academy Bermondsey from March 2011 to August 2011.

Andrew's early career involved freelance work as a Producer, DJ, Sound Engineer, and Band Manager from January 1999 to January 2011.

Andrew Mees completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications from Edith Cowan University in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following qualifications: Sprinklr Sandbox Pro from Sprinklr in August 2021, Sprinklr Brand Manager Pro from Sprinklr in January 2021, Sprinklr Community Manager Pro from Sprinklr in January 2021, Sprinklr Modern Care Supervisor Pro from Sprinklr in January 2021, and Conversational AI Pro from Sprinklr in December 2020.
