Arif Ali

Arif Ali has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Arif is currently working as a Senior Success Manager at Sprinklr, where they handle global strategic accounts. Prior to that, they worked at Alida as a Senior Customer Success Manager and at ADARA, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Arif also has experience working at Amazon as a Partner Relationship Manager and Guardian News & Media as an Account Manager on a contract basis. Additionally, they worked at The Exchange Lab and Bright Ideas Trust as an Account Manager and Engagement Manager, respectively. Arif also co-founded SQ Magazine and served as a Co-director/Co-editor at Goldsmiths, University of London. Arif gained experience as a Student Trustee at Goldsmiths Students' Union as well.

Arif Ali began their education journey in 2010 at Goldsmiths, University of London, where they pursued a BA (Hons) in Media and Communications. Arif completed their undergraduate studies in 2013. In 2015, Arif attended Squared Online to obtain a degree in Digital Marketing, which lasted for a year. Currently, in 2021, Arif is enrolled in the People Leadership Programme at the Chartered Management Institute, expected to be completed in 2023.
