Cedric Forestier has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Cedric is currently working as the Director of Sales at Sprinklr, where they help global brands deliver best-in-class customer experience. Previously, they worked at Salesforce as the Regional Vice President for Marketing Cloud, where they assisted customers with delivering personalized marketing journeys. Cedric also served as the Regional Sales Director for Marketing Cloud at Salesforce. Prior to that, Cedric worked at IBM as the Sales Manager for Watson Internet of Things France and as the TRIRIGA Sales Leader for Europe, where they developed software business in multiple regions. Cedric also held the position of Software Group Account Manager at IBM. Before joining IBM, they worked as an Account Manager at Quest Software and Software AG. Cedric has also been associated with Dell, where they held various roles including Account Manager, Account Manager Software, Business Developer - Mobility & Network, and Marketing/Sales Liaison Manager Assistant. Cedric'searly work experience includes a brief stint as a Stagiaire at Webmaster FDA.

Cedric Forestier obtained a Master's degree in Business & Marketing from EDC, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, Cedric attended Université Paris Cité, where they focused on Business & Marketing. In addition to their educational background, Cedric also holds several certifications, including IBM Strategy Advocate - Level 1 obtained in January 2017, Selling IoT - Level 1 Program obtained in October 2016, and Business and Industry Insight obtained in March 2015, all from IBM.
