Ermir Shakaj

Ermir Shakaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Solutions Architect at Sprinklr since July 2021, Ermir previously held various roles at Genesys from September 2014 to July 2021, including Senior Solutions Consultant and Solution Consultant. Prior to that, a tenure at Mini Circuits as an RF & Microwave Applications Engineer spanned from August 2013 to September 2014. Ermir's career commenced at RTN in February 1995, culminating in the Deputy Manager position in July 2007, and included roles at Loch Fyne as a Supervisor. Ermir holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Surrey, completed in 2013, and a Foundation degree in Modern Electronics with First Class Honours from the University of Westminster, earned in 2009.
