Harumi Nakashima

Harumi Nakashima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting with Sandvik in 2007, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and pricing coordinator until 2009. Harumi then joined Jabil as a Service Desk Agent in the Help Desk department, utilizing their language skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. In 2010, Harumi moved to Oracle, where they held various positions, including Global Service Desk Tier 2 Analyst-English Support and Duty Leader. From 2014 to 2018, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Oracle, specializing in SAFe Scrum Master. In 2018, they transitioned to Sprinklr, where they initially joined as a Principal Project Manager and later advanced to the role of Senior Project Manager. At Sprinklr, Harumi demonstrated expertise in managing a portfolio of SaaS implementation projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and leading risk mitigation efforts. Harumi also played a key role as a liaison for the Professional Services organization at Sprinklr.
