Joshua Woods has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Joshua currently serves as the Director of Sales at Sprinklr, a Customer Experience Management platform. Prior to that, they were an Area Sales Director at Workiva, where they led a team focused on Financial Transformation within Digital Controllership & Reporting. Joshua also worked as a Strategic Account Director at Workiva, delivering innovative approaches to customers and partners. Joshua Woods has also worked at Amazon Web Services as an Account Manager for Global Accounts, managing relationships with bio-pharmaceutical and oil and gas companies. Joshua started their career at Microsoft, where they held roles such as Azure Solution Specialist and Azure Partner Account Manager, contributing to the growth and adoption of Azure as a platform. Additionally, they had a brief stint at Mando Group as a Sharepoint Telemarketer and interned at Microsoft in the Partner Sales Team.

Joshua Woods completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Liverpool John Moores University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they pursued further education by enrolling in the Competitive Strategy Programme at INSEAD, where they studied until 2016.
