Kyle Murphy has a diverse range of work experience in the field of customer engagement and marketing. Kyle is currently working as a Success Director at Sprinklr, where they focus on global strategic accounts. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Success Director at Cheetah Digital, where they helped marketers create personalized experiences and loyalty strategies. Before that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Brickwork, where they optimized the digital presence of retail stores. Kyle also served as a Director of Client Services at Zeta Global, where they helped leading brands acquire, grow, and retain customers. Kyle also worked as a Senior Account Manager at RevTrax, where they provided personalized offers and measured the impact of digital marketing on in-store sales. Additionally, they held roles at Return Path, Epsilon, RAE Internet Inc, and Dark Horse Marketing Group Inc in various account management and marketing intern positions.

Kyle Murphy has a strong education background with a focus on business and marketing. Kyle completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management at Iona University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing also from Iona University, spanning from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Kyle Murphy has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In March 2021, they obtained the Sprinklr Engagement Analyst Pro certification and the Sprinklr Marketing Research Analyst Pro certification from Sprinklr. Additionally, Kyle obtained the Advanced Certificate in E-Commerce from Iona College in May 2012.
