Lauren Burton

Lauren Burton has a strong work history, with experience in various sales and leadership roles. Lauren is currently the Director of Sales at Sprinklr, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Salesforce as the Regional Vice President- Federal Civilian, DHS from December 2018 to February 2022. Lauren also held multiple roles at IBM, including Federal Software Client Leader from January 2013 to December 2018 and IBM Collaboration Solutions- Federal Software Sales- Civilian from April 2008 to January 2013. Their responsibilities at IBM included leading software sales strategies, positioning client deployment options, and driving new business across the Federal Government. Before joining IBM, Lauren worked as a Sales & Marketing Representative at NVR, Inc. from July 2004 to April 2008, where they excelled in community sales activities and achieved noteworthy accomplishments, such as being named "Rookie of the Year" in 2005 and receiving the President's Award-Diamond Club in 2006 for their exceptional contributions.

Lauren Burton obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Tech in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Lauren attended Virginia Tech from 2000 to 2004.
