Manikandan Rajkumar

Manikandan Rajkumar has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Design Consultant, collaborating with regional businesses and clients on various design projects. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at RR Donnelley as a Graphic Designer and later as a Senior Graphic Designer, specializing in website design, advertising campaigns, and brand identity. During this time, they also took part in a design competition, where they secured first place out of over 200 entries. In 2017, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Digital Designer, working closely with partners, consultants, and creative directors on strategic and user-friendly digital solutions. Manikandan later advanced to the role of Senior Experience Designer - UI/UX, where they led projects, interacted with clients, and mentored junior designers. Currently, they are employed at Sprinklr as the Lead - Digital Design, starting in 2023.

Manikandan Rajkumar completed a two-year diploma in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Image Infotainment Limited, starting in 2011 and ending in 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Sindhi College of Arts & Science in India, starting in 2009 and completing it in 2012. Manikandan'shigh school education was obtained from Corporation Boys Higher Secondary School, where they studied Maths & Computer Science from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Manikandan has obtained several certifications. Manikandan completed a course on Design Thinking: The Ultimate Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation in January 2022. In September 2021, they obtained a certification in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) from the same institution. Furthermore, in June 2021, they completed a certification in User Experience: The Beginner's Guide, also from The Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, they acquired a certification in WordPress 5 Essential Training from LinkedIn in October 2020. Lastly, they hold a Diploma in Animation & Visual Effects from Image Infotainment Limited, although the specific completion date of this diploma is not provided.
