Anand Saurabh

Anand Saurabh has a diverse work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Anand began their career at Infosys Technology Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they worked on projects for Bank of America. Anand then joined Deloitte & Touche Consulting India Private Ltd. as a Management Intern, working on enterprise data-warehousing and dissertation projects. After that, they worked as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at Deloitte, leading projects in HR analytics, reporting and analysis, finance, risk, and procurement.

In 2013, Anand joined Sprinklr as a Senior Product Analyst, involved in product management activities. Anand progressively took on more senior roles at Sprinklr, including Director Program Management, Senior Director of Engineering, AVP of Product Engineering, and VP of Product Engineering. In these positions, they were responsible for executing strategic initiatives for the CTO Office, managing product escalations, overseeing budgeting and planning, and ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.

Anand Saurabh earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information & Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information & Communication Technology in Gandhinagar. Anand attended this institution from 2002 to 2006.

Later, Anand pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Anand studied at this institute from 2008 to 2010.

Furthermore, Anand acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Anand completed the course "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from Coursera in June 2021. In November 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute. Lastly, in September 2012, they became Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS.
