Manu Singh has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent position is as the Head of Customer Success for ANZ & N. Asia at Sprinklr, where they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SAP from 2016 to 2021, holding various roles including Regional Vice President, Head of SAP CX Success & Services, and Head of Hybris Services. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Practice Manager - Customer Relationship Management at Oxygen Business Solutions. Before that, they held roles such as CRM Service Line Lead and Lead Consultant at Oxygen Business Solutions from 2006 to 2009. Manu began their career as a Consultant at Accenture in 2004 and worked as a SAP Consultant at Shell UK from 2002 to 2004.

Manu Singh pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1993 to 1995. Subsequently, they attended ICFAI from 1997 to 1999 to obtain an MBA degree in Marketing. Later, they joined RMIT University from 2000 to 2001, where they completed their Master's degree in Computer Science.
