Matteo Barile

Matteo Barile has extensive experience in various roles related to customer success and account management. Matteo currently works at Sprinklr as a Success Manager for Large Enterprise clients. Prior to that, they worked at Mapp Digital as a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager, contributing to the success and satisfaction of clients. Matteo also gained experience at Teradata as a Junior Account Manager. Matteo's earlier experience includes work as a Market Research Assistant at Nextplora Spa, where they were responsible for managing research projects and analyzing data. Matteo started their career as an ITC Teacher at Athena Centro Studi ECP Pegaso.

Matteo Barile completed their education at Università degli Studi di Milano from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Laurea in Scienze Politiche, Economiche e Sociali with a specialization in Comunicazione e Società. In terms of additional certifications, Matteo acquired the Mapp Intelligence Basic Certification from Mapp Digital in January 2020. Furthermore, they have obtained multiple certifications from Sprinklr, including Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro in October 2022, and certifications in Modern Research, Brand Manager Pro, Campaign Manager Pro, Community Manager Pro, Engagement Analyst Pro, Location Analyst Pro, and Product Analyst Pro, all obtained in May 2022. Matteo also completed the course "Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship" offered by LinkedIn in April 2022.
