Megan Kielty-Corning

Megan Kielty-Corning has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Megan is currently working at Sprinklr as a Senior Onboarding Manager, where they focus on creating impactful training and onboarding experiences for the global sales organization. Prior to Sprinklr, Megan worked at Tacombi as a Talent & Training Manager, where they developed and scaled learning & development programs across all levels of the organization. Megan also has experience in the education sector, having served as the Director of Student Leadership & Involvement at The New School and as the Assistant Director of Leadership and Professional Development at Fairfield University. Additionally, Megan has worked in various roles at Elms College, Salve Regina University, University of Rhode Island, Johns Hopkins University, Rhode Island College, and Comella's Italian Restaurant. Their responsibilities in these roles included overseeing student programs, developing leadership curriculums, and providing career counseling. Overall, Megan has a strong background in training and development, leadership, and student engagement.

Megan Kielty-Corning began their education at the University of Connecticut, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Human Development & Family Studies from 2006 to 2010. After completing their undergraduate studies, Megan went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the University of Rhode Island from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Megan also obtained a certificate in "Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship" from LinkedIn in May 2022.
