Michelle Mathis

Michelle Mathis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle is currently working at Sprinklr as the Associate Director of Inside Sales, where they focus on large enterprise clients in the Northwest region. Prior to this, they held the role of Inside Sales Manager at Sprinklr, responsible for large enterprise and global strategic accounts in the Northwest, Southwest, and West regions.

Before joining Sprinklr, Michelle worked at Blackbaud, starting as a Sales Development Associate and later progressing to roles such as Sales Development & Training Specialist and Team Lead for the Small & Medium Business Segment. At Blackbaud, they specialized in CSR and employee engagement solutions, helping corporations and their employees connect with social causes.

Earlier in their career, Michelle served as an Assistant Director at Explore Learning, where they were responsible for driving performance and managing a team of tutors. Michelle also worked as a College & Alumni Initiatives Practicum Student at Communities In Schools of South Central Texas, where they developed and implemented a curriculum for college campus visits and provided support services to at-risk high school students.

Michelle's experience also includes roles as a Child Life Practicum Student at CHRISTUS Health and Wonders & Worries, where they focused on creating and implementing child-friendly activities to normalize the hospital environment and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Michelle started their professional journey as a Graduate Assistant at Texas State University and served as an AmeriCorps Member at Communities In Schools of Central Texas, where they acted as a positive role model for at-risk students and advocated for their needs.

Michelle Mathis holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Family & Child Studies with a Specialization in Administration & Evaluation from Texas State University. Michelle also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family and Child Development from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained several certifications including Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Communicating Across Cultures, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in August 2020.
