Morgan Moreau

Morgan Moreau has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. They started their career in 2013 as a Webmaster at Iris Live and Larsen Montpellier, where they were responsible for communication and managing websites. In 2014, they worked as a Junior Advertising Manager at Editions Nivéales. They then joined Canon France in 2015 as an Assistant Marketing Customer & Channel. In 2016, they moved to Samsung Electronics as an Assistant Product Manager. They also worked at Oracle as a Retail Partner Business Developer in the same year. In 2017, they joined Salesforce's Success Graduate Program and later became an Associate Success Specialist and Customer Success Manager for the Marketing Cloud. Currently, since 2020, they are working at Sprinklr, starting as a Success Manager and moving up to Senior Success Manager and finally the Team Lead, Success France.

Morgan Moreau completed a Master Grande Ecole Bac +5 visé degree in Digital Marketing at Montpellier Business School from 2013 to 2017. Morgan also studied International Marketing & Management at the University of Warsaw from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Morgan attended Lycée les Eaux Claires from 2011 to 2013, completing a CPGE Technologique degree.

In terms of certifications, Morgan obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Specialist in January 2018, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist in December 2017, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant in November 2017, Salesforce Service Cloud in November 2017, Salesforce Certified Administrator in October 2017, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator in October 2017. Additionally, Morgan obtained the Certification Voltaire - Niveau affaires 704 points from Projet Voltaire in January 2014.
