At Sprinklr, they served as the VP Engineering & Chief Architect, where they developed a MicroService Framework that simplified the process of writing microservices using Java annotations. Rajesh also built a Dataflow Engine based on Apache Spark for processing large amounts of data and a Workflow Engine for automating business processes. Additionally, they created a Rule Engine in Java to replace Perl-based rules, which now handles millions of events daily.

Prior to Sprinklr, Rajesh worked at TIBCO Software as a Senior Manager, where they managed a team and trained them on writing better code in .NET. Rajesh also served as an Architect, where they developed a messaging bus for TIBCO Active Matrix.

Before that, they worked at Pramati Technologies, USA as an Architect and Principal Engineer and at Twilight Systems as an Entrepreneur. Rajesh began their career at Bhrigus as a Software Engineer.
