Samantha Creasy

Samantha Creasy has a diverse work experience. Beginning in 2012, they held internships at International House of Charlotte, where they focused on the Citizenship Diplomacy Program and Youth Education Program, and at Wells Fargo. In 2013, Samantha interned at the U.S Department of State- Embassy Lima, Peru, where they reported on economic trends and coordinated meetings with government officials.

In 2015, Samantha became an Inside Sales Account Manager at POS Nation, where they worked until 2017. Samantha'sresponsibilities included managing accounts and driving sales.

From 2017 to 2019, Samantha worked at Salesforce Maps, initially as an Account Executive, consulting with Salesforce.com users and demonstrating the value of MapAnything's application. Samantha later became a Client Success Manager and then a Client Success and Implementation Manager, focusing on APAC clients.

In 2019, Samantha transitioned to Salesforce, where they held roles as a Renewal Manager, responsible for assessing customer health and negotiating ideal contract terms, and as a Portfolio Success Manager.

Most recently, Samantha joined Sprinklr in 2021. Samantha started as a Senior Success Manager, working with global strategic accounts, and has now advanced to the role of Success Director.

Samantha Creasy has a diverse education history. Samantha attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they studied Spanish Language and had a minor in Management Information Systems. Samantha also completed the Salesforce Ranger and Double Ranger programs through Trailhead by Salesforce.

Prior to their university education, Samantha attended West Forsyth High School.

In addition to their formal education, Samantha has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Samantha obtained certifications in Sprinklr Marketing Research Analyst Pro, Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro, Sprinklr Product Analyst Pro, Conversational Marketing from Drift, MapAnything Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Conversational Sales from Drift.
