Tanvi Jain

Tanvi Jain has a strong background in customer success management, digital marketing, and leadership roles in various companies. Tanvi is currently working as a Regional Director - Customer Success at Sprinklr. Prior to this, they worked at Adobe as a Sr. Customer Success Manager, where they received several awards for their outstanding performance. Tanvi also served as a Team4Tech Fellow at Team4Tech and as the SVP & Digital Head at iContract, a division of Contract India. Tanvi held senior positions at Dentsu Webchutney and Dentsu Digital, where they were responsible for branch growth and profitability. Tanvi has also worked as a GM - Digital at Miditech, Sr. Account Manager - Digital at Promoseven, and as a Manager at Sapient, where they handled the Coca-Cola India account and focused on new business development.

Tanvi Jain completed their MBA in General Management from London Business School from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a BA (H) in Economics from Delhi University from 2000 to 2003. Tanvi'searlier education includes completing their HSC and SSC in Physics at Ahlcon Public School from 1991 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification in Learning Slack from LinkedIn in February 2020.
