Andrea Kenchington has extensive work experience in human resources. Andrea started their career as a Human Resources Advisor and Compensation & Benefits Consultant at the Office of the Public Guardian in 2001. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Reward Strategy Specialist at the Department for Constitutional Affairs. Andrea then moved on to become the Operations Manager at Hanover Mall Health Facility Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Andrea worked as a Clinic Operations Supervisor at CMC from 2010 to 2011 before becoming a Human Resources Consultant on a contract at Cleveland Clinic Canada from 2011 to 2012. Andrea then worked as a Director of Human Resources at Public Outreach Fundraising from 2012 to 2015, and is currently the Director of Human Resources at SPRINT Senior Care starting from 2015.
Andrea Kenchington has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College. Andrea also obtained their MBA from the Schulich School of Business - York University, with a focus on Marketing & Strategic Management. In addition, Andrea has certifications in HR with the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, earning the CHRL designation. Andrea also holds a certification in CTP from IP4L.
