Perre DiCarlo has worked in the design industry since 2000. In that time, they have held various roles at companies such as Excite@Home, Warner Bros. Studios, ZEFR, 42 Entertainment, UCLA, WeDigital.Garden, Kaiser Permanente, and Sprinter Health. At Excite@Home, they served as an Interactive Designer and designed and animated two interactive pop culture spots each day. At Warner Bros. Studios, they served as a Lead Interaction Designer and designed digital interfaces for movie websites such as Harry Potter, Batman, and the official brand sites for Warner Bros., Warner Independent Pictures, and Hanna-Barbera. At ZEFR, they served as a Lead Interaction Designer and designed the Movieclips Player. At 42 Entertainment, they served as a Senior Interaction Designer and designed, prototyped, conducted UX R+D, and conducted usability studies on mobile & iOS games, websites, and scavenger hunts. At UCLA, they served as a Lead User Experience Designer and co-led UCLA Graduate Programs’ digital rebrand and digital services initiatives. At WeDigital.Garden, they served as Head Of Design - US and led multidisciplinary squads for a Paris-based experience, growth, and development startup. At Kaiser Permanente, they served as a Principal User Experience Design Lead and led and coached cross-functional squads to iteratively design, test, and launch consumer-validated experiences at startup speeds. Finally, at Sprinter Health, they currently serve as Director of Design.

Perre DiCarlo received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Design from Pratt Institute and studied Team-Centered Design at UC San Diego's Laboratory of Comparative Human Cognition. Additionally, DiCarlo obtained numerous certifications from 2017 to 2013, including Leading for Creativity from IDEO in April 2017, UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in July 2016, and seven certifications from Lynda.com, such as Foundations of UX: Content Strategy in November 2013 and JavaScript Essential Training in August 2013.
