Scott Fintzy

Scott Fintzy is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of People at Sprinter Health since 2024. Previously, Fintzy held senior positions such as SVP of People and Talent at Pelago (formerly Quit Genius) from 2021 to 2023, and Head of People at Thirty Madison in 2020. Fintzy also worked as a consultant, providing interim leadership at Quartet Health and Rokt in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Notably, Fintzy was the VP of People and Culture at Complex Media from 2014 to 2018 and served as VP of Human Resources at CLEAR from 2012 to 2014. Fintzy began building the People function at appssavvy in 2012 and led HR at CONTEXTWEB from 2009 to 2011. Fintzy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University between 1992 and 1996.
