Loratta Duong

Loratta Duong is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Sprott Shaw College since February 2023. Prior to this role, Loratta held various positions at Cactus Club Cafe from March 2013, including Bartender, Server, Trainer, and Shift Leader. Loratta also served as a People and Culture Advisor at Lookout Housing + Health Society from October 2021 to February 2023 and worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Sprott Shaw College from January 2021 to October 2021. Additionally, Loratta worked as an English Instructor at NOVA Co. Ltd from March 2017 to March 2018 and as a Guest Services Supervisor at the Pacific National Exhibition from August 2008 to October 2011. Loratta holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of British Columbia.
