Nikki Noreen Godoy, CHRP®

Nikki Noreen Godoy, CHRP®, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Software Implementation Officer at Sprout Solutions since August 2020. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR HCM system implementations, conducting Fitgap analyses, and staying informed on the latest HR trends to enhance automation of HCM processes. Previously, Nikki worked as a Project/Engagement Coordinator at Vistaprint from June 2016 to August 2020, where proactive issue resolution and project management were key focus areas. Nikki's early experience includes internships at ABS-CBN Corporation and Mellow 94.7, where roles involved guest list management and document creation. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communication from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2014.
