Emanuel Kadziela

Emanuel Kadziela is the Vice President of Engineering at Spruce. Emanuel has over 20 years of experience in software development and management. Emanuel has a proven track record in building and leading engineering teams to deliver complex software products.

Emanuel was previously the Senior Director of Engineering at OANDA, where they led the team that built the company's foreign exchange solutions for businesses. Emanuel also served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Currensee, where they oversaw the development of a forex collaboration platform and forex-based investment programs.

Emanuel began their career as a software developer at Frictionless Commerce Incorporated in 1998. Emanuel later became a Project Manager at ACM Consulting Corporation before joining Yodle as a Senior Software Developer in 2007. Emanuel joined Kuebix in July 2017 and became the Vice President of Engineering in March 2021.

Emanuel Kadziela's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Music from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

They work with Nicole Reyes - VP, Product, Nishi Kumar - Head of Information Security, and Jason Chiang - VP of Revenue. Their manager is Patrick Burns, Co-Founder & CEO.
