Raana Reddy has a long and varied work experience. Raana began their career in 2014 at Vodafone as a Process Associate - Customer Service. In 2015, they joined LanceSoft, Inc. as a US IT Recruiter and Spruce InfoTech, Inc. as a Delivery Manager - Talent Acquisition (USA & CANADA). During their time at Spruce InfoTech, they also held the roles of Sr. Account Manager, T&A, Account Manager - T&A, Team Lead - Recruitment, and Sr. Technical & Sales Recruiter. In 2022, they joined Aavalar Consulting, Inc. as a Client Delivery Manager.

Raana Reddy graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
