Jason Chiang

Jason Chiang is the current VP of Revenue at Spruce. Prior to their current position, they served as the President of RE at Common from January 2018 to December 2021. Jason has also worked as the Vice President of Acquisitions at StepStone Real Estate and Madison International Realty. Jason has also held positions at Och-Ziff Capital Management and UBS. Jason has a proven track record in increasing signed AUM pipelines and revenue.

Jason Chiang obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School in the field of real estate. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University.

Jason Chiang reports to Patrick Burns, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Emily Katz - VP, People Operations, Brittany Murphy - Head of Data Science, and Nishi Kumar - Head of Information Security. and Susan King - Enterprise Account Executive reports to Jason Chiang.
