Patrick Burns is the CEO and Co-Founder of Spruce, a company that is building the one-click checkout for real estate transactions. Patrick also worked as a Research Assistant at Yale University, where they focused on applications of statistics in data analysis, machine learning and neural networks, and behavioral finance and gambling settings. Patrick has a passion for making real estate transactions faster, simpler, and more affordable, and they are excited to continue growing Spruce in order to bring this vision to fruition.
