Artur Gołda

Artur Gołda has extensive experience in the software development industry, with a focus on leadership roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Software Developer at Modular and then moved on to Itechon in 2004. In 2005, they joined AXIT as a Software Developer and eventually became a Senior Java Software Developer and a Scrum Master and Team Leader. From 2007 to 2012, Artur served as a Release Manager, DevOps, and Team Leader of the Software Release Team at AXIT, where they were responsible for building, releasing, and deploying new software versions. In 2011, they became the Product Owner/Head of Product Design at AXIT.

In 2016, Artur joined DeLaval as the Software Development HUB Manager, where they were in charge of a department of 35 software developers and other roles. Artur expanded the department, tripled the number of realized projects, and played a key role in the development of various systems. Artur was also a member of the DeLaval Operations management team.

In 2021, Artur became the Engineering Director at Divante, where they were responsible for overseeing the engineering processes. And finally, in 2022, they joined Spryker as the Head of Cloud Engineering, where they currently hold a leadership position.

Artur Gołda completed an Advanced Leadership Program at the Stockholm School of Economics from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Management from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, graduating in 2008. Before their management degree, Artur also earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing it in 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Artur Gołda has obtained various certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in 2020. Artur also holds a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English and certifications in ITIL Foundation, Sun Certified Business Component Developer, and Sun Certified Java Programmer.
