Michal Wroblewski

Michal Wroblewski, PMP has extensive experience in the technology industry, specifically in roles related to cloud operations, customer experience, and technical account management. Michal currently works at Spryker Systems as the Head of Cloud Operations, where they ensure a reliable and seamless Commerce Cloud experience for customers. Prior to this, Michal worked at SAP, where they held various senior leadership positions. Michal was responsible for maintaining tech excellence within the support team and overseeing the adoption and operations of SAP Commerce Cloud. Before joining SAP, Michal worked at SAP Hybris, managing the Technical Account Management team and handling product support operations. Michal began their career at ComArch SA as a junior software engineer and gradually progressed to department manager/project manager. Michal also worked at Kamsoft as a software engineer. Throughout their career, Michal has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.

Michal Wroblewski, PMP, holds a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Michal also pursued postgraduate studies in Project Management at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, completing them in 2006. Michal completed their high school education at II High School in Katowice from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Michal Wroblewski has obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2010.
