Tomasz Nowacki

Tomasz Nowacki has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tomasz is currently the Head of Cloud Center Operations EMEA at Spryker, where they manage the technical account managers and oversees cloud operations. Prior to that, they worked at SAP Customer Experience, serving as the Head of Product Support for the Upscale product in the Commerce Area. In this role, they built and managed a global team and collaborated closely with the development team. Additionally, they held positions as the Senior People Manager, Global Partner Manager, and Head of Support Americas at SAP.

Earlier in their career, Nowacki worked at SAP as the EMEA PMO Manager in Commerce Cloud and as the Escalation Manager for EMEA in SAP Hybris Cloud. Tomasz also worked at IBM as a Cloud T&T Project Manager and a Programme Manager, managing infrastructure projects and implementing solutions for UK-based accounts. Another notable role was as the Owner of RocketB, a marketing and design agency, where they managed projects and team members.

Prior to that, Nowacki worked as a Project Manager at CHILID SP.J., where they were responsible for gathering requirements, planning activities, and managing projects. Tomasz also worked as a Brand Manager at Helion, where they led brand promotions and managed the online store and social media.

Earlier in their career, Nowacki worked as a Copywriter and Account at MIDEA sp. z o.o. and as a Reporter, Speaker, and News Reader at Radio Traffic.

Tomasz Nowacki has a Master's Degree in Branding and Corporate Identity from the University of Wroclaw, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Art in Journalism and Social Communication from Wyższa Szkoła Umiejętności Społecznych w Poznaniu, from 2004 to 2007. Tomasz completed their secondary education at I Liceum Ogólnokształcące from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2014.
