Jim Frome

Jim Frome is the current Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at SPS Commerce. Prior to joining SPS Commerce, Frome served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Business Intelligence Division at Sterling Software. Frome was responsible for initiatives to position, advance, and grow Sterling Software's business intelligence business following its acquisition of Information Advantage.

From 1993 to 1999, Frome worked as the Director of Product Management at Information Advantage where they were responsible for advancing the company's suite of business intelligence solutions. During Frome's time at Information Advantage, the company grew significantly, went public, and was acquired by Sterling Software.

From 1988 to 1993, Frome worked in marketing and product development at IBM.

Jim Frome is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
