Troy Jordan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Director of Cloud Operations and Continuous Improvement at SPS Commerce since January 2020, Troy has held progressive roles in that organization, including Senior Manager and Manager II. Prior to SPS Commerce, Troy was a Manager for the Cloud Team at Splice Machine, and held significant roles at Veritas Technologies LLC as Principal Architect of Cloud Infrastructure, where notable achievements included a critical server and data migration project to Azure. Additional experience includes platform operations management at Connexions Loyalty and Affinion Group, engineering leadership at UnitedHealth Group, and various technical positions at Blackbaud, IMS Health, and Bisys. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Citadel.
