Paul Lebar

Paul Lebar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul started their career as a Practice Manager at Perficient Inc./ Compete Inc., where they led a team of experts in the WebSphere Portal Division. Paul then joined Defense group Incorporated as the Director of Technical Services, where they built and managed a technical services team and developed the services business around the CoBRA platform. After that, Paul held various positions at Avnet Services, including General Manager, Vice President of Partner Services, and Senior Director of Business Development. Paul later moved on to Avnet Technology Solutions, where they served as the Senior Director of Global Initiatives for Avnet Academy. In 2016, they joined Software Productivity Strategists, Inc. (SPS) as the VP of Innovation, responsible for executive management of the Innovation business unit, engineering of new solutions, marketing of new products, and more. Currently, Paul is working at Zilker Technology LLC as a Delivery Partner in the Retail and Distribution Vertical.

Paul Lebar attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1996. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. Paul also obtained certifications from IBM, including Avnet's Highly Scalable Web and Mobile Application Building on Bluemix in July 2015 and May 2015. In addition, they became an IBM Cloud Champion in 2017. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
