Andy Cornes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy started their career in the Royal Air Force, where they served as an Avionics and QA supervisor for nearly a decade. Andy then transitioned to AIXTRON Ltd, where they held the position of CCS Systems Technical Manager, responsible for technical support of compound semiconductor equipment globally.
In 2008, Andy joined AIXTRON INC, where they took on the role of Sr Customer Support Manager. Andy successfully improved the customer support organization by implementing a technical support infrastructure for ISO certification and SAP deployment. Andy managed the installation, qualification, and support of semiconductor systems at major companies, while also overseeing a team of technical and logistics professionals.
In 2015, Andy moved to Festo USA, where they worked in sales until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Service at SPTS Technologies Ltd, which they started in October 2019.
