Carla Connolly

Carla Connolly has extensive work experience in sales and engineering roles. Carla started their career at Goodwin PLC as a Sales Engineer in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Carla then joined James Walker and held various positions, including International Sales Engineer, International Internal Sales Manager, and International Sales Manager. In 2013, Carla joined SPX FLOW, Inc. and assumed roles such as Sales Manager GD Engineering and EMEA Sales Director - SPXFLOW GD Engineering. Carla'smost recent role before the current one was at Celeros Flow Technology, where they are currently the Global Sales Director & Product Manager for GD Engineering. Carla also served as the Chairman & Treasurer for the Stoke Sixers Womens Basketball Club from 2015 onwards.

Carla Connolly has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, obtained from 2018 to 2021. Carla also holds a diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Chartered Management Institute. Carla has completed a diploma (level 3 & 5) in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management. Furthermore, they have a ONC degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Burslem Eng College and a BTEC degree in Sports Science from Newcastle Under Lyme College. Carla has also completed the Black Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company in 2021.
