Silvia Redondo has a diverse education history. Silvia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music from the High Conservatoire of Music in San Sebastian, where they studied piano, music history, chamber music, and solfeo from 1988 to 2001. Silvia then pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, from the University of Navarra from 1992 to 1998. In 1998, they completed their final thesis in Quality and Project Management at Linköping University. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick from 2000 to 2003, focusing on finance, project management, human resources, and quality. Silvia also furthered their education with certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from General Electric in 2008-2009, and multiple instructor certifications from Miller Heiman in 2012 and 2014. Furthermore, they pursued a BA in Modern Language Studies, specializing in French and English, from The Open University from 2005 to 2008, studying subjects such as French, English, sociology, and more.
