Kaitlin Shanley has a diverse work experience in talent management, human resources, and organizational development. Kaitlin started their career at Sentis as a Research Assistant in 2012. Kaitlin then joined the University of South Florida, where they worked as a Teaching Assistant and later as an Organizational Development Consultant. In 2013, Kaitlin joined Kellogg Company, initially as a Global Talent Intern, and then held roles as a Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist, HR Generalist, and Associate HR Business Partner. Kaitlin joined SPX FLOW, Inc. in 2016 as an HR Business Partner and then progressed to the role of Manager, Talent & Engagement. Currently, they serve as the Director, Talent Management at SPX FLOW, Inc.
