Amy Tills

Amy Tills, SPHR, SCP has a comprehensive work experience in human resources. Amy started their career at Visteon as a Human Resources Specialist from June 2002 to October 2005. Amy then moved to Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as an HR Manager from April 2005 to June 2008.

Amy joined Amcor in July 2008 and held various HR leadership positions. Amy was an HR Manager from July 2008 to July 2010, overseeing HR for the Specialty Performance division. From August 2010 to August 2012, they served as an HR Director, leading HR for five sites in the US. Amy then became an HR Director, Central Functions from August 2012 to August 2013, responsible for compensation, benefits, talent management, and HR systems across the Americas and European Business Unit. From August 2013 to June 2017, they assumed the role of HR Director, Flexibles Europe, leading HR for 12 sites and developing HR strategies and policies.

After Amcor, Amy joined Honeywell FM&T as a Senior HR Director from June 2017 to February 2019. Amy played a key role in developing and executing HR strategies for a $1.2 billion site with over 4,500 employees, focusing on maintaining culture during significant growth.

Currently, Amy holds the position of Global VP of Human Resources at SPX Technologies, starting from March 2019.

Amy Tills, SPHR, SCP earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. Amy further pursued their education at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities Carlson School of Management, where they completed a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations (MA HRIR) from 2000 to 2002.
